This Birds Eye frozen vegetable side is made with no artificial colors and contain 9 grams of carbs per serving for a delicious and convenient way to enjoy vegetable sides without compromise. Serve the frozen mashed cauliflower as a side dish along with chicken, turkey and other favorite comfort foods. Easily prepare the mashed cauliflower bake by placing the tray on a baking sheet and baking for about 50 minutes or microwaving for about 8 minutes. Store this 12 ounce box of mashed cauliflower in the freezer to maintain freshness until you are ready to enjoy. It's good to eat vegetables, so Birds Eye makes vegetables good to eat.

      Ingredients

      Cauliflower, Water, Heavy Cream, Less Than 2% Of: Corn Starch, Modified Whey, Sea Salt, Roasted Garlic, Spice, Onion Powder.

      Directions

      Do not thaw. Cook thoroughly. Microwave Instructions: 1. Remove tray from box. 2 Microwave on high for 4 minutes. 3. Peel film back and stir thoroughly. Replace film on tray and microwave again for 3 to 4 minutes. 4. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Let stand for 1 to 2 Minutes. (Stand time is important for food safety) Remove film, stir and serve. Microwave directions developed with 1000 watt microwave ovens. Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking times accordingly. For microwave ovens less than 1000 watts, please use oven instructions. Conventional Oven Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Cut 1 - inch slit in center of film. 3. Place tray on baking sheet on middle oven rack. Cook for 45 to 50 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking. 4. Carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven; let stand for 1 to 2 minutes (Stand time is important for food safety). 5. Stir and serve. Caution! Contents are hot handle with care. For food safety & quality follow these Instructions carefully: Microwave ovens vary - adjust cooking times as needed to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. Keep frozen do not thaw. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cook 1 Product at a time. Promptly refrigerate 165 any leftovers. Reheat before serving. Caution: Contents will be hot.

      Serving Suggestion: Cook Mashed Cauliflower according to package directions. Sprinkle with chopped cooked broccoli, crisp - cooked crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese.
