To Make Iced Coffee: Brew coffee stronger than usual (up to twice normal preferred strength). If using sugar or other sweetener, add it to the hot coffee so it dissolves more easily. Allow hot coffee to cool to room temperature prior to serving. Pour coffee over ice and add milk or cream if desired. Stir well and enjoy! To Make Cold-Brewed Coffee: Place ground coffee in a glass jar, add water, and stir to combine. Coffee to water ratio should be one quart water for every two ounces of coffee. Cover and set aside at room temperature for 12 hours or overnight. Strain through a large paper coffee filter, a fine sieve, or a strainer lined with cheesecloth. Serve with sweetener and milk as desired. Have some coffee left over in the pot? Pour it into ice cube trays and freeze. Your iced coffee will never be watered down again! Brewing Instructions: (1) Start with fresh-roasted, aromatic coffee. (2) Use fresh, filtered cold water for the best taste. (3) Brew using 1 tablespoon of ground coffee for each 6 fluid ounces of water and adjust to taste (4) Complement to your liking with cream and sugar.
