      Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

      Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Remove pork from package and place on a shallow baking pan. 3. Bake, uncovered, until the thickest portion of the pork reaches 160 degrees F, approximately 65-75 minutes. 4. Let pork rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Slow Cooker: 1. Remove pork from package and place in slow cooker. 2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours and until meat reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Serve and enjoy! Ovens and slow cookers will vary. Always use a digital cooking thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the meat, to test for doneness. Cooking Directions: Important! Always prepare meat from a thawed state.
